The only issue I have is regarding wifi on the complex. There is limited access 8 am to 12 noon within the reception area. In the apartments you have to pay to use their wifi. I tried to do this on two separate occasions but couldn't seem to get the wifi to work in the apartment.

Excellent place, towels replaced nearly everyday, room cleaned & beds remade, place has been cleaned up & staff are excellent Arrived late but night watchperson Sergio was on hand to take us to room, carrying our bags & anything required he & rest of staff were on hand to help. Cant wait to we them next year.

Extremely happy with hotel. The suites are gorgeous & the beds very comfortable! Only quibble would be that I would have liked a microwave, but not worth taking a point off because there wasn’t one. Clean towels when ‘dirty’ ones left on bathroom floor.
