Say hello to Sitges
One of the most cosmopolitan resorts in Spain, Sitges has earned an enviable reputation for its reverberant nightlife. It's also particularly gay-friendly, with a high concentration of bars and clubs geared towards LGBT tourists. However, the resort welcomes all travellers, and is celebrated for its delicious Xató dish, which typically consists of fish, salad, olives and aubergines. Spend some time soaking up the sun at the delightful sandy beach, have a dip in the inviting Mediterranean Sea, or just have a stroll along the scenic Passeig Maritim. If you're booking a holiday in early October, you could visit a world-famous festival, which is one of the most prestigious in Europe.
