The hotel itself was nice, looks more like a small town rather than a resort. It consist of small building and “town centre”. Super close to the beach with plenty of chairs. Entertainment was good too. I requested quiet room and it exceed my expectations - it was quiet and with a beautiful view! The snack bar is amazing with great staff and the snacks were actually very tasty! Generally the staff was very friendly and welcoming. However we had broken iron in our room and requested multiple times for it to be exchanged - it never happened. The aircon was loud even tho it was off - some people complained about it too. There was no hot water for two days after multiple calls on second day lady on the telephone finally said they provide “courtesy” room for showers. The courtesy room was dirty with period stained towels on the floor. Not sure who to blame - the messy guests or the hotel for lack of cleaning organization skills. Probably both are to be blamed. The food in the buffet was okay, but difficult to find sth else than salad and bread if you’re vegetarian.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff were great and everyone we met was helpful and friendly. Accommodation is also a very high standard. Excellent access to the beach. Food was very good overall, the theme restaurants were a great break from the buffet, while the food in these themes restaurants was good, it's not exactly authentic, that being said , we didn't expect it to be , so still good experience, though they need to address the wine list issue, house white only, when we were there. The one real downside to the resort is the quality of drinks. We are light drinkers and recognise alcohol readily. After 5 or 6 cocktails a night it hardly effected us at all, were that here I would not be able to drink that much. We didn't want to appear like people with drink issues, looking for more than 5 or 6 drinks , but we were on holiday!!!
