Rad Blu is an incredible place to stay but with a few gripes. The good points first. Incredible staff. I have never met such friendly staff who want to look after the customer as much as the staff at Rad Blu do. From arrival to departure, The most amazing staff ever. However, and here is the bad stuff. I stayed here in Easter April 2019 for three nights, On the first night, after having a very early flight, decided to eat in the Hotel as they were doing a buffet dinner. This was quoted at EUR 32.00 per person. I asked for a menu of what they were serving as they wanted my money up front. They could not supply a definitive menu. So how was I going to pay EUR 32.00 for something I may not like? I had to go down to the restaurant to find out myself. And speaking to the person in charge it was not really apparent what was being served apart from it was a Mediterranean Menu. With two hours to service, it was not clear what was being served. I was told, being English, that there was Roast Beef and Yorkshire pudding on the menu. Not very Mediterranean and upon arrival, no Yorkshire pudding. And the beef was so fatty it was embarrassing spitting it out. Disgusting food and a rip off price. Arrived back one evening after a great day out to discover my room had not been cleaned. For a Radisson this is not acceptable, Complained to Reception who admittedly said they would clean it straight away but as we had just arrived after a long day out and needed showers it was not a compromise so refused their offer as it would have been so inconvenient at that time. Another thing. I had a nine year old child to get to bed and sleep. so after finally settling him down and asleep we wanted some down time on the balcony. However we discovered that ALL balcony lights are turned off at 23:30 and therefore there is no option to have any chill out down time after 23.30. Adults, after a stressful day looking after children, are being told by Rad Blu to go to sleep at 23:30 as you are not allowed to be awake!! Incredible. Would I stay here again? No. Rad Blu. Sort your cleaning staff out and allow adults to decide what time they are allowed to go to bed. And Eur 6.30 for a pint of Cisk?

Whilst the hotel staff were friendly, attentive and made us feel welcome, the hotel was certainly not 5 star. It could be 4 star. Rather tired looking and the facilities needing a refurbishment. It was rather isolated.
