This hotel is clean but the furnishing in the room I stayed in needed a little bit of a refresh. The customer service was not too bad however when I did arrive there after a 12 hour journey from London they didn't even have my suit ready! I arrived 1am in the morning!! Their staff were pleasent enough but many of them only had very basic English as a second or third language which made communicating with them difficult. Don't opt for or pay for the breakfast it was not the best and I would only give it 3 out of 10! Quality was poor and the variety was just as poor. No fresh coffee or tea and no basic staff service to give you this when you say down. I only ate breakfast once during my 6 day stay. Gym facilities are basic but has everything that you need, do remember that there are certain times for men and women to use it. I didn't try their pool or spa facilities though however I did look in and it wasn't too bad. Overall it's good for a business trip, central to everything but if your looking for relaxation and holiday facilities this may not be the best choice.
