Firstly we want to commend the restaurant team, they were very accommodating and anything we needed was catered for. The room was very light and clean. Air conditioning was included as was a security deposit box. We had fresh towels everyday and the cleaners gave the room a daily clean. Our sheets were changed twice during our week and the floor was cleaned once. The only negative feedbacks we have is that the reception team were not as informed as we would have thought, we had booked the double deluxe rooms but we're given the junior room. When we complained it was dealt with quickly but without any apologies for the misunderstanding. Also we needed to keep asking for our coffee to be replaced.
