Hello,
I'm starting by telling you that this hotel is far away to 5 stars.
First of all 80% of hotel staff don't speak English.
The hotel room has old furniture, the bathroom cabin is very small. We went with our son and to wash him was very difficult.
The food wasn't the best. It is true that is various but they were not cleaning well the grill after using it. I have tried to eat an grilled chicken but it had taste of lamb. The fruits were not the best because they were unripe.
The room cleaning was fine.
The shows in the evening were ok for children s.
The furniture in the kind area is old and you don't find a lot of entertainment for them over there as expected.
In conclusion I don't recommend this hotel.

Generally, very good. Not all of the staff could speak English but generally there were enough staff available who could communicate sufficiently. Food was impressive, especially the buffet although it was rather manic at times. The a la carte restaurants we tried (Lagos Fish and Grill Corner) were both very good.
