Great hotel and in a great location,nothing too far away

The hotel was very busy with a bit of a fight for sunbeds . Some staff were rude on more than one occasion. However that is just a couple of staff. Others were great with the kids and very friendly. The food was mediocre but a nice selection for kids . Our room had an infestation of ants that we had to deal with . However the room was very nice with partition doors that lead to two single sofa beds where the kids slept. I wouldn’t say it was a 4 star as I’ve stayed in 3 ⭐️ that have been better on quite a scale. The water park doesn’t have enough rings to use the slides and people tend to hang on to them all day. The life guards were smoking onsite and didn’t seem bothered they seemed uninterested. I feel staff training throughout this complex is needed . It just felt nobody was bothered . No management towards staff at all. Sorry 😞
