Lovely resort, food nice to start then about repetitive, staff lovely make sure u tip for blindin service, no crisps snacks or restaurant s from here so being snacks if needed, don't bother with a la carte because the same food as restaurant, no English mainly Canadian and Russian

Hotel grounds and beach are beautiful. Rooms are really nice. Well laid out. The staff go above and beyond.
The a la carte restaurants were very good but soon get booked up so book your allotted 2 visits each per week soon after arriving.
The pizza on the beach is delicious!
The buffet although lots of choice appeared to be the same most lunch and evening meals and the quality isn’t great. They do well with the produce available given the embargo’s places on them by the US.
The management team are very approachable and were clearly respected by the staff.

Very clean room, nice and modern (our room was renovated)compare to other hotel in Cuba. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel with walking distance to the beach, only 15minutes drive from airport. The best beach in cayo coco.score will be high but food was just average (but please understand limits in food suppliers in Cuba
