This was our second time staying here and again we were not disappointed. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable as was the bed. The food was excellent, staff extremely polite and helpful and bar prices very good! Will definitely be staying again next time we need to go to Norwich.

Hotel room on arrival was absolutely freezing and despite several calls to reception it remained the same for two days. In the hotel room there is a card explaining how to use the heating but when i asked the receptionist she told me that these are for show and the heating is operated downstairs in the back office. Breakfast is not all it's geared up to be worth th some seriously undigestable sausages.
