The hotel was clean and check in was smooth. There was a complimentary bottle of water, coffees, washing up liquid and toiletries in the room which was a nice touch. We had a late flight and found the use of the facilities ie shower and towels extremely good.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in. Super clean, lovely pool area and garden, cleaners did a thorough job every day, very friendly staff and my room, or rather apartment, was incredible with kitchen with all imenities (up to date hob, full size fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, 2 coffee machines, and all the plates and cutlery). I requested a family room on the corner, and was lucky enough to be given it, so I had 3 x 8m balconies and a massive bedroom, 2 leather settees, loads of storage space the list goes on. I was room only so don't know about food. I ate at the family run restaurant opposite, Cepa Velha? May have spelt that wrong..family run, amazing food (try the Pepper or Portugese Steak!) and 2 euro's a pint. Made my own breakfast in the room. I simply cannot recommend this hotel enough. Zero complaints whatsoever. Even if you aren't lucky enough to get the room I had you still get a huge 8m balcony and very large, clean rooms compared to anywhere else I've ever stayed. 11/10.

This hotel can't be beat for value for money. If it was more expensive I might not give it 10. It's in a fantastic location, staff are great, its clean, modern and stylish. We stayed here on our first 2 visits to the region, then used a villa the next 2 times, but coming back felt great. I'd not hesitate in booking again if I wanted a hotel in the Algarve.
