With a central location just 200 m from the beach, the key leisure attractions of Magaluf are within easy reach of the hotel. Following an update in regulation on hotel dining in some parts of Magaluf, the All Inclusive package includes buffet-style breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant. Snacks are available at selected times between meals. A maximum of 3 alcoholic drinks per person (beer and wine) during lunch, and 3 alcoholic drinks per person (beer and wine) during dinner only. At all other times any alcoholic drinks are payable locally. Unlimited non alcoholic drinks are available for a minimum of 12 hours per day.

Hotel not up to expectation it is definitely not a four star Hotel. Standard of service is very poor especially the cleaner, they only change the towel and drop the bedsheets on top of the bed my room was not clean once during my one week stay. Food was ok and waiters and receptionist staff very helpful. my humble opinion Hotel is below average

We had a grim outlook onto a car park all week.
The hotel was overrun with university students resulting in the dinning hall resembling a student cafeteria with marauding kids and excessive queues.
It was only confirmed on the last day of our visit that our all inclusive package included certain drinks. We paid for our drinks during the rest of the week.
The public areas of the hotel were generally well kept with an army of cleaners, catering staff and maintenance workers on hand.

The hotel is located a short walk from Magaluf beach which has beautiful white sand and clear turquoise water. The hotel is very visually pleasing, with lovely apartments, a nice clean reception, great pool areas and I was fortunate enough to have a pleasant view too. The swimming pool was absolutely freezing, it felt more like an ice bath that literally takes your breath away and hurts your skin, there's wasn't enough sunbeds for everyone you'd find people sitting on chairs instead, waiting for people to leave. You could pay to have an exclusive bali sunbed for 40 euros a day. The food was very disappointing for all-inclusive, I can only compare it to school dinners. Very bland, not cooked properly, not much variety or change throughout the week. The nicest things were things they did not make themselves. Aside from breakfast, you must queue up at the bar and get your drink for lunch and dinner rather than getting it yourself in the dining room. The alcohol that comes with the all-inclusive is beer and sangria which is limited on all-inclusive to 3 glasses at lunch and 3 at dinner, if you want more that you must pay. Any other alcoholic drinks that you want, you must pay for too. To consume drinks outside you must pay a deposit of 1 euro to get a black token. With this token, you must give it to the bar in exchange for a plastic cup, when you are finished with your cup you must return it to the bar to get your token back. You must wear your mask when walking inside the hotel, this includes in the restaurant when getting your food and when going to the bar and getting your drinks. The hotel staff will tell your to put on your mask if you do not, you will also not be served without your mask on. The hotel has an on site shop which is really handy.

Facilities here since the refurbishment are superb, very clean rooms and helpful staff. Really enjoyed the breakfast menu and can understand why many people go all inclusive here also.
