Before my trip i read quite alot of bad reviews about this hotel. I honestly could not fault it at all, very clean room with fresh towels everyday and cleaners in every morning. Spacious enough for a nyc hotel, powerful shower, comfy bed, great few of the city and an absolutely perfect location!!! Close to subway/times sq/ nice restaurants and bars.

We found the hotel room very dated and dirty

Whatever you don’t book a standard room as the rude arrogant man on reception told me every standard room in the hotel is next to the lift shaft, which I found too be a lie, the noise from the lift clanking all night is enough too keep anyone awake let me tell you, I’m not one for reviews but this one defiantly needs addressing, the standard room in itself was fine but the noise from the lift was just a joke, and the man on receptions customer service left a lot to be desired, contact your service provider and move hotel was his response when I asked him for a change of room or floor, also there is a 40 dollar per room per night added tax as soon as you get there a facility fee it’s called basically you get Wifi and use of the gyms hotel (rip off) apart from that the hotels is in a great location
