The hotel was under refurbishment -the room was a good size, clean and efficient for our needs. Easy tram ride to the old city and close to the tube for the airport. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Service by staff is good but room size is really small. Moreover AC do not work properly which is shame as we visited in hot weather but hotel is clean and near to transport links when you are visiting near by attractions ...tram is just opposite to hotel which saved us from paying taxi drivers!!
