When we first got there we were put into a double room which we needed a twin room and mother and son, we were moved within a couple of days to a lovely twin room. Then we had a big problem with that room which straight away they moved us to another hotel for the night then the next mor ing we had another room bigger than the last, lovely friendly staff and lovely rooms only downfall I would say is no kettles or fridges in room but everything else perfect.
