Public bars are poor need refurbishing Food not to good not a great deal of choice and often cold The first two nights we was put in the annex these rooms were in need of refurbishing after complaining we was moved to aroom with a sea veiw which was a nice room Staff where very good and helpfull Pool area was allways clean and well looked after

Initially offered annexe room away from hotel. This was totally unacceptable - it was dark, dingy and old looking. The new room in the new hotel was much cleaner but very small, but acceptable. At beginning of holiday meals were very poor but did improve a little. Not a great deal of choice - chicken and fish every day and then a third choice of basically processed meat which they called either hamburgers/ kebabs/spicy meat. Not really what we were used to. It did seem rediculous that the main hotel did not have enough sunbeds and parasols around the pool area to cater for guests and if you wanted to go down to the private beach you had to pay 12 lira for these facilities. Towels and bedding were not changed regularly enough
