Absolutely awful breakfast for a 4* hotel. Scrambled egg looked as if it was left over from the day before, tasteless. Only one juice machine in the whole of the food hall which also acted as a water dispenser for around 300. One Fizzy drinks machine. Glasses were really small, There was often a shortage of glasses. There was boiled eggs in the first breakfast I had, then disappeared. Same goes for ice cream, first three days of our stay, then the next four days disappeared. waiting time was 15-25 minutes & the ice cream was served in tiny cups. The freshly made pizza was tasteless, dry!! Chips wasn’t any better either. No Beef, 95% of the time it was chicken dishes. Only coriander & cheese added, to omelette waiting time 10-25 minutes. Lunch & Dinner was even more chaotic & overcrowding. For anything decent, which is remotely tasteful, you had to wait in the queue for between 20-30 minutes. People jumping the queue. Often shortage of tables & cutlery. Pancakes in the afternoon, Queuing time 30 mins Booked a family room, but on the first night I was given two separate rooms, however the very next day Sonia, who is a real asset to this hotel helped us to get a family room 306. The Animation team are fantastic Overall I found the Tunisian people to be honest & friendly. I would have given this hotel 1 rating if it wasn’t for the staff, because I feel they are very hard working. The management & owners are letting the guests down with poor service, this really is NOT a 4* hotel.

It was evident the hotel, along with the surrounding area had suffered from the tragic events which resulted in the loss of tourism to the country. However, to spite this and the hotel being badly in need of an injection of cash to upgrade I had no serious complaints. the food was excellent, albeit not specifically catering for the traditional British pallet, the staff all worked very hard to make your holiday as pleasant as it could be.
