Hotel on arrival entrance is in other hotel on landing to room loads of dead coach roaches. We booked self catering but we didn't get any essentials ex brush mop tea towel washing equipment soap or hand wash. We had 1 socket in the kitchen for kettle and toaster which was over sink there was a crack in the sink all kitchen essentials needing washing very musty. Bathroom 1 the shower head was fixed and curtain didn't touch the floor so the toilet had a lovely shower flooring the floor no towel mats slippy floor uneven tiles loose. Bathroom 2 bath was absolutely filthy uneven no floor mat or washing essentials. Outside area full of bird poo very worn. Cleaners did offer to clean room daily but you didn't get clean sheets just remade bed towels refolded and the wet towels on the floor from shower were left for 2 days. Pool area was dirty and the pool had floating orange slime and dirt around the rim. Full of stag and hens with no consideration for guests.
