LOCAL AREA AND THINGS TO DO

There are a number of beaches close to La Siesta Hotel to choose from, the closest of which is Playa de las Americas. Here you can relax, try out the water sports on offer or embark on a wildlife-spotting excursion by boat. Other nearby attractions include Siam Park, an Asian-themed waterpark with plenty of slides and pools, and the Central Park of Arona, a popular hangout for locals where a favourite pastime is people watching.

Las Americas Golf Course has an 18-hole course, driving range and putting green, and another active choice is a hike to the top Chayofita Mountain where you’ll be rewarded with views over the Atlantic Ocean.
