LOCAL AREA AND THINGS TO DO

The local beaches offer a range of water sports and diving opportunities and there is water fun at nearby Aqualava Waterpark. If you fancy venturing out to sea, take a cruise around the coast from nearby Puerto Limones Harbour or a sailing adventure from Puerta de la Playa Blanca.

To venture inland, take a tour of the Timanafaya National Park, with its amazing volcanic rocks. Travel there by car or quad bike, or book a spot on the bus that picks visitors up from Playa Blanca. Closer to the resort, around four km away, hikers enjoy climbing up Montana Roja, an extinct volcano, to enjoy the views.
