This is a great hotel more for its location but having said that the staff are fab and most helpful, the hotel is pleasant altho the rooms a little dated but you have everything you need. Fridge, beds were comfy, wardrobe space adequate bathroom bright , could do with tea making facilities in room.

The Monarque El Rodeo Hotel is situated in the centre of Marbella in a very good cosmopolitan area. This comfortable hotel is on the corner of the exotic Parque de la Alameda (Poplar Park) and a short walk to the well known and pretty beach of Venus and the port and sporting activities of Marbella Marina.A short distance away is the old part of Marbella with paved streets with lovely flower displays and the famous square of Oranges (Plaza de los Naranjos)Nearby are the numerous excellent golf courses and the hotel is just 40 minutes from the International Malaga Airport.
