Miami holidays cover all bases: toasty temperatures, beachside R&R, the biggest Art Deco district in the world, plenty of green spaces, a mix of museums, and nightlife like no other. How could you say no?
No matter your holiday vibe, you'll find your dream beach in Miami — there’s an incredible 35mi of the sandy stuff. The palm-lined Crandon Park is one of the top beaches in the nation for soft white sands and calm waters. Or if you need somewhere for the kids to run wild, check out North Shore's open spaces and activities. But South Beach is the most popular with its sandy beaches, around-the-clock clubbing, and a super energetic vibe. Don’t be surprised if you see the odd roller skater passing by!
Miami should be on every clubber’s holiday bucket list. When the sun goes down, the music starts pumping and the drinks start flowing all over the city. Whether you’re after mega clubs filled with A-listers, elegant cocktail bars overlooking the ocean, or a spot of salsa dancing, you’ll find it in Miami. The party scene never sleeps, with some clubs and bars open 24/7.
Explore the Latin side of Miami at Little Havana, the vibrant Cuban neighbourhood. Take a salsa workshop, eat your way through traditional restaurants, and grab yourself an iconic Cuban cigar or two. To really experience the neighbourhood at its finest, make sure to visit on the third Friday of the month for Viernes Culturales (Cultural Fridays), a huge block party showcasing music, art, history, and more.
While you’ve got your walking boots on, head over to the Art Deco Historic District in Miami Beach for gorgeous architectural wonders. It’s home to the biggest concentration of art deco buildings in the world, fitting 800 styled buildings into just 1sq mi. Miami Vice fans might recognise the buildings, as the district has featured repeatedly in the show.
