One of the main attractions of Maspalomas is the year-round good weather. Even in the winter you can expect the temperature to stay above 20°C , making the resort a good choice for a Christmas break. During the peak summer months of July and August it can be as hot as 30°C , and the school holidays means this is also the busiest time for travel. There are fewer crowds in the late spring and early autumn period, with temperatures in the mid-20s.
