When to go to Indonesia?
For the best weather, visit Java, Lombok and Bali during July and August, although bear in mind that this is the peak holiday season. Even in the wet season, which typically runs from October to April, the sun will still shine for much of the time. In Papua and Maluku things are the other way around, with the dry season between October and April, while the wettest months are July and August.
