A small architectural jewel in the heart of Rome, the Donna Camilla Savelli, a hotel resort located in a seventeenth century convent, was designed by Francesco Borromini (1599-1667). Excellent hotel staff incredibly helpful and friendly only downside was we did not have a very good view

Stunning hotel in a lively location. Reason for not giving full marks is we felt there was something lacking but we weren't sure what. As beautiful as the hotel was there's not that much of an atmosphere. Loved the location though. Only a two minute walk to some gorgeous restaurants and only a ten minute walk by the river to Vatican City which was the main reason we were going.
