We track over a million competitor prices every week to ensure we can offer you the lowest price when you book with Travel Republic.

Terms and Conditions

  1. If you book with us and then find your flight and holiday, hotel only or attraction on sale, and available, at a lower price on a comparable travel website within 24 hours, we will refund the difference to you. Please note that attractions are subject to condition 11 below.
  2. Flight only bookings are excluded from the Lowest Price Guarantee due to the fluid nature of pricing by airlines which can result in multiple price changes per day.
  3. To be comparable, we must be able to confirm that the competitor price is based on the same flight or accommodation, for the same travel dates; duration and board basis and in the same currency as your Travel Republic booking.
  4. It obviously has to be a precise match; for example, several companies now operate both a charter flight airline and a no frills airline and we cannot price match from one to the other.
  5. The type of contract must be identical, so for example a multi-contract package (for example a flight booking and a separate hotel booking, where the price of each element is shown separately) cannot be matched against a single contract package (where a combination of travel elements have been combined and sold at a single price with no breakdown of the individual cost of the hotel and flight elements) and vice versa.
  6. The price to be matched must be generally available to book online and reserve immediately. Specifically, the price should not be reduced by redemption of a voucher or loyalty scheme or group discount. We are also only able to price match bookings paid in full through Travel Republic, we cannot price match against 'Pay at Hotel' rates. Similarly, the cancellation terms of the booking must be similar, for example we cannot match a non-refundable room type against a refundable room type.
  7. Travel Republic is proud to be an independent agent. We cannot price match against tour operator packages (where only one price is shown for flight and hotel) holidays. Each booking is a separate transaction, available separately at the same price. The price match guarantee applies to each individual booking.
  8. Infrequently, competitor websites may display prices no longer available or otherwise incorrect and where we believe this could be the case we will check with the competitor / travel provider directly to make sure the price shown is accurate before refunding.
  9. Any claim must be made within 24 hours of the booking being made with Travel Republic by the lead customer (person responsible for making the booking).
  10. We do not accept claims from customers who have made bookings with another travel provider and then attempt to make a claim.
  11. We will match the price of any other Florida attraction ticket you can find on the web (UK websites only), where alternative ticket supplier is offering exactly the same service and product (immediate dispatch, as opposed to just before departure and the same method of fulfilment).
  12. We reserve the right to refuse any claim where we are unable to verify the claim to our satisfaction, in accordance with the above points.

How to claim

The person who placed the booking through Travel Republic should make the claim by emailing us at [email protected] within 24 hours of making a booking, putting the words 'price match' in the subject line and enclosing evidence of the lower price, for example, a screen shot.

Why do I only get 24 hours?

Our advanced IT systems are all live and the pricing across the vast range of product is moving every second. We are promising you the best price when you book...not that an airline (or other provider) won't make it cheaper a week later!
