Considering the price we paid for this hotel I was very impressed. The food was lovely (don't expect burgers and chips though it is proper Turkish food), the pool was great, staff were very friendly, every single room has a sea view unless you're on the ground floor. The location is good apart from the fact you have to walk up a really steep hill to get to it but then again at least you can burn off the calories from the all inclusive beer. Be aware that this year the hotel closed early and they are doing a major refurb, we had to move to a hotel opposite for them to start work and they are literally ripping the place apart so I anticipate next year it will be a palace.

Top Tip: If you can't handle the hill the number 2 dolmus runs along the road above the one the hotel entrance is on.

Check-in date:

This hotel was ideal for us and the price we paid. This hotel should not be all inclusive
as the facilities are not there, we only ate there 3 times in a fortnight food is poor.
Rooms are very big and clean although could do with refurbishing, towels I would only use as floorcloths, beds were only changed twice and I had to ask, rooms are a good size and the views are amazing overlooking the marina, the pool bars leave a lot to be desired what I would call a wooden shed, drinks were limited and only gin, raki and vodka, I know some people do abuse it and drink far too much when it is free! I have been going to this resort for 8 years now and love it.

**WARNING*** DO NOT STAY HERE, IF BOOKED AMEND OR CANCEL TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE...
THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED IN. MY 2ND TRIP TO TURKEY THIS YEAR AND CERTAINLY THIS HOTEL IS THE WORST ACCOMODATION WITH THE WORST MANAGEMENT STAFF I HAVE EVER BEEN UNFORTUNATE TO COME ACROSS.
BEST THING ABOUT THE HOTEL IS THE NICE VIEWS FROM THE BALCONY OVER THE MARINA., BUT THAT IS IT. THIS AT BEST SHOULD BE A ROOM ONLY ACCOMODATION. THE MANAGEMENT ARE NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR COMPLAINTS AND FRANKLY DO NOTHING TO IMPROVE THE SITUATION.
THERE IS A NICE LOOUNGE BAR AREA WHICH IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. THERE ARE 3 TABLES AND CHAIRS AT FRONT OF HOTEL BUT NO FACILITIES AND NO ENTERTAINMENT.
ALSO THE DECOR IS EXTREMELY DATED AND RUN DOWN.
MOSTLY THE FOOD IS UNEDIBLE WITH EXTREMELY LIMITED CHOICE. BREAKFAST IS THE WORST MEAL OF THE DAY THE ONLY THING I COULD FIND TO HAVE WAS A CUP OF TEA. NO FRUIT AT ALL!! LOTS OF OLIVES,CUCUMBER AND TOMATOES! I TRIED THE OMLETTE ONE MORNING BUT ONLY MANAGED 2 FORKFULS AS THE SECOND ONE HAD EGG SHELL-SO PUT ME OFF. THE OTHER MEALS ARE A DOUR AFFAIR MAINLY CHICKEN BASED OR MEATBALLS WITH COUS COUS.
NOW DON'T GET ME WRONG I WAS NOT EXPECTING THE EARTH BUT HOPED AT LEAST IN THE WEEK TO STAY AROUND THE POOL DURING MOST DAYS WITH A FEW EVENING OUT AND FEW SPENT IN THE HOTEL WATCHING THE 'PROMISED' ENTERTAINMENT!!??
ALAS NO ENTERTAINMENT AND IF I WISHED TO SIT OUTSIDE IN THE DARK ON A PLASTIC SEAT LISTENING(IF I WAS LUCKY) TO THE SAME CD WHICH WAS ON A LOOP, DRINKING MY CHILD PORTION OF A DRINK FROM A VERY SMALL PLASTIC CUP, 5 OF WHICH WOULD FILL A PINT GLASS... BUT YOU WERE ONLY ALLOWED TO GET 2 DRINKS FROM THE MAKESHIFT BAR BY THE POOL OR CUPBOARD IN THE SO CALLED RESTAURANT, AT ANY ONE TIME. THIS RESULTED IN LARGE Q'S AT EACH BAR. ALSO THE MANAGEMENT CONSTANTLY PATROLLED THE AREA QUESTIONING THE AMOUNT OF DRINKS ON TABLES AND STATING PEOPLE WERE DRINKING TOO MUCH?? THEY RESPONDED BY REMOVING PLASTIC CUPS FROM BEHIND THE BAR THUS LIMITING THE AMOUNT AVAILABLE -
HOWEVER ALL INCLUSIVE FINISHED AT 11PM AND THEN A PROPER BAR WITH DRINKS BEHIND OPENED AND SURPRISE SURPRISE YOU COULD BUY MOST DRINKS AND WERE GIVEN A GLASS!! I TRULLY COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT WENT ON HERE.
I STAYED FOR A WEEK HAD 2 LUNCHS AND 2 EVENING MEALS, THE REST OF THE TIME WE ATE OUT. LOTS OF BARS AND RESTAURANTS WILL COLLECT YOU AND RETURN YOU TO THE HOTEL LATER.
ON MY LAST DAY CHECKED OUT AND HANDED OVER THE KEY INTO RECEPTION AT 12 NOON TO BE TOLD I WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO USE ANY FACILOITIES IN THE HOTEL INCLUDING SITTING NEAR THE POOL ETC AFTER 2PM?? I COULD ONLY SIT ON A CHAIR IN RECEPTION WITH MY LUGGAGE, UNLESS I WISHED TO PAY EXTRA £35 TO EXTEND MY6 ROOM TILL I LEFT!! OUR TRANSFER WAS 8.15PM!! AND ON ARRIVAL WE GOT THERE AT 4AM, AGAIN JUST ANOTHER OUTRAGEOUS TOUCH ON BEHALF OF THE MANAGEMENT..
WE LEFT OUR LUGGAGE AND MURPHEYS COLLECTED US AND WE HAD A MEAL THERE AND WENT SHOPPING WITH THEIR DRIVER RETURNING US IN TIME TO CATCH OUR TRANSFER BACK TO THE HOTEL.
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE.
THERE ARE LOTS OF NICE B&B'S TO STAY AT IN THE AREA FOR HALF THE PRICE YOU'LL PAY TO STAY IN THIS HOLE
EVEN BASIL COULD LEARN A FEW NEW TRICKS FROM THIS HOTEL....
TIPS- MURPHEYS GREAT STEAK AND ENTERTAINMENT!! VISIT THE HARBOUR LOVELY SEAFOOD RESTAURANTS. STARBUCKS ON THE PIER AND YOU CAN WATCH THE FAB CRUISE SHIPS COME AND GO.
FAB WATER PARKS AQUA FANTASY - BUT.. BUY YOUR TICKETS FROM A TRAVEL AGENTS IN RESORT THIRD CHEAPER THAN ON THE DOOR!
LOADS OF SHOPS SOME GREAT COPY BARGAINS TO BE HAD - TOP TIP - HAGGLE HARD!
VERY BUSY RESORT LOADS TO DO, HAVE A GREAT TIME...

Top Tip: LADIES BEACH 5TL FOR SUNBED FOR DAY, LOTS OF NICE RESTAURANTS SERVI8NG BREAKFAST FULL ENGLISH 11TL ROSYS BAR WAS LOVELY, PLUS THEY HAVE A GREAT B&B BEHIND THE BEACH ROAD AT LADIES BEACH
DOLMUS BUSES GREAT VALUE RUN EVERY FEW MINUTES

we had a fabulous time , the hotel was fine you get what you pay for the food was a bit same old at the end of the week but the bar snacks made up for the rest of the food . this hotel is on top of a hill the view was great but not the walk back up the hill.

Top Tip: we had a fabulous steak at murphys bar in the centre and a good old sing song at golden oldies
