Hotel badly in need of renovations ie. bedroom door all warped at the bottom, rooms very shabby and old fashioned. On a more positive note very clean and towels changed every day, staff very friendly especially Shona the Scottish lady on Reception who was so helpfull to us. Food in Restaurant one of the best we have had any where, could not fault it at all. Entertainment very good with the exception of the music the D.J. played on one night, it was more for younger people, would have been nice to play 80s & 90s music for the particular crowd that attended which were mostly middle aged like we are. Location best ever, across the road from the beach and very close to shops. We have been to Palma Nova several times before in years past but this Hotel would be one of the best we have stayed in but would love to see it getting a BIG face lift which would make all the difference.
Top Tip: The Stadium Bar & night club 5 minutes walk from Hotel have great tribute acts every night, we went to to the Michael Bublé tribute and thought it was excellent would really recomend it.

Hotel could do with a lot more like Geraldine, Pedro and Mari from Restaurant & Bar as they were very friendly - cleaning was not up to much(needs improving) - hotel entertainment could be better and longer than an hour especially Rud Steward - weather was excellent

We were promised a room with a sea view but did not get it, the air conditioning unit outside the room was so loud that we got very little sleep, when we complained the manager told us we could have another room but he said that all the rooms had this problem so we stayed where we were and bought earplugs. The food was bland, but there was plenty of variety and no need for anyone to go hungry. There is no tv in the room so that was missed because the weather was too hot to go out most days and we had to spend a lot of time in the room until late evening.

The bus was not there to meet us at the airport when we arrived at 11.15pm. so we had to pay 44 euro for a taxi to the hotel. Overall a good hotel for the price we paid, but we would not stay again because of the issues related above.
Top Tip: No decent restaurant, but a good karaoke bar is Monroes.

Top Tip: Shops and beach so close to the hotel.
