“ Quiet, small complex of apartments close to a small beach and within easy reach of the other main beaches in Costa Teguise. Owners/staff friendly. Standard, basic accommodation represents good value for money. Reception times limited and no entertainment for children so may not suit families seeking kiddies clubs etc, however beach and playground close by. No air conditioning and the wifi is a bit hit and miss. The beds were reasonably comfortable in comparison to similar accommodation in the Canaries and Spain. Our apartment was on the 1st floor so the view we requested was disappointing, however there is a much better sea view from the 2nd floor.
“ Top Tip: El Navarro restaurant is not far away and is a MUST DO. Excellent food. Booking essential. Highly recommend it.

“ To our surprise, when we arrived we realised we had stayed here before,1998 to be precise! It's a lovely quiet, small, friendly place, clean and good sized rooms. Our only problem arose because our return pickup time was 5.45pm on Sunday. We discovered the Reception area closed at 12midday on Sundays, and no other area was set aside to store one's cases and once Reception door was closed, there were no toilet or changing facilities. We had asked to keep our room longer than 12midday checkout time but the receptionist did not speak English and we were not sure what he said.In the end we offered him the 15 euros charge for keeping a room and, after making a phone call to someone he gave us back our room key!We felt it would have been easy to give late-leaving clients a key to the Reception area so there would be use of toilet facilities and a safe, dry place to leave cases, especially as many flights leave Lanzarote on Sunday evenings.
“ Top Tip: We liked several eating places and there is a quick cut through from the back door of the apartments to the Main Street of Costa Teguise

We booked these apartments based on all of the great reviews but it was the worst 2 star we've ever stayed in and I just don't understand why everyone gives them such a great rating! The location is good and it is close to a beach and the centre. However the apartments are really basic and not very clean. Our room was only cleaned once in 4 days and on our third day someone brought us clean towels and just threw them down on top of our stuff in the bathroom and didn't clean anything! The apartments were too cold and the bedding wasn't thick enough for winter. The windows and door let in massive draughts and the shower went cold within a few minutes! The balcony is accessible to anyone which I didn't like. The sofa cushions were stained and old, the door didn't open properly, the bed was uncomfortable and all the lights were bare energy saving bulbs! Overall it was just a grim experience.
I would definitely never go back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
“ Top Tip: You need to ask at reception for the wifi password

“ Really nice hotel and close to the beach and restaurants! Yet affordable :)
“ Top Tip: Small walkway along to the city centre a shortage of about 20 minutes!
