“ Enjoyed everything. Nice location. Pity that on the last day we were not allowed to use the facilities at all after our checkout at 11am, even though we paid for them on the 1st day that we arrived (but did not arrive until 4am the next day - therefore, we paid for lunch and dinner and did not have them).7.0 Good

“ Hotel in good location for very reasonable price, but noisy when I visited it in mid april, so no family would enjoy it. Staff was helpful and nice, didnt try hotels cuisine cos already heard about not very tasteful meals.

“ LOcation good staff very friendly, the food was average the air contioning worked when it wanted to the showers kept going hot and cold when you were in it.The fridge in the room didnt work, they put young people in rooms next to familiy rooms. There was cigarate buts on the ground around the pool everyday, and never swept up.Me and my wife were very dissapointed with this hotel,it had to be the worst hotel ever stayed in aborad with my wife and three kids, and this is NOT a family hotel

“ The hotel itself was fine for what we paid room wise. The food lacked enough choice and soon become quite boring. The drinks where only available at the bar between 10am and 11am, which i felt shut too early. In our room the toilet made a ridiculous noise atleast 4-5 times whilst you where in there and trying to sleep. The pool never caught the sun so it was far too cold to go in and the sun beds had very limited space for sun bathing. Also near the pool the toilets where regularly used, but there was no hand wash or toilet role half the time. On our first day we didnt arrive till 10pm and only had a hour all inclusive, the following saturday our flight didnt leave till 8.50pm, but we haf our bands cut off on check out at 11am in the morning, this affectively meant we only had 6 full days, as apose to the 7 we paid for.
“ Top Tip: Donnegans Irish bar on the opposite side of the road was fab and the staff where very friendly. We also went for a meal at Ibiza Rocks Bar in San Antonio which was delicious and resonably priced.

“ Enjoyed everything. Nice location. Pity that on the last day we were not allowed to use the facilities at all after our checkout at 11am, even though we paid for them on the 1st day that we arrived (but did not arrive until 4am the next day - therefore, we paid for lunch and dinner and did not have them). It would have been more fair to have allowed us to eat there or be warned that an extra £60+ would be needed to feed ourselves for the remaining day of our stay by the travel company.
“ Top Tip: Bucareno was the best pub/club/bar near by - very friendly staff. Next door is an Irish bar that serves a wide selection of foods that are at a decent price and have a 'special' offer each day, which we used on the day we checked out.
