LONDON HARRY POTTER TOUR

Bring the magic to life this bank holiday and hit up the Harry Potter hot spots! Live out your Hogwarts dream with a trip that will take you from muggle to wizard in no time. You may want to leave the invisibly cloak at home because the photo ops are endless!

Here’s a quick itinerary to consider:

  • Kings Cross – Arrive in London, heading straight to the Harry Potter store and to take a picture at Platform 9 ¾.
  • London Zoo – The talking snake scene in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone movie was filmed in the reptile house here in 2001. Relive that infamous scene and check out the animals. Buy your tickets for the zoo online and book hotels in advance and enjoy a lower cost.
  • Tower Bridge – Take a walk along Tower Bridge, where Harry flew over on his Broomstick in the Order of the Phoenix as he made his way to a new safe location. You could also plan a visit to Millennium Bridge which was destroyed by Death Eaters in Deathly Hallow.
  • Leadenhall Market – Scenes for Diagon Alley were filmed here. Look for the blue door that was used for the Leaky Cauldron.
  • Warner Brothers Studio Tour – Once you’re done in London head to Leavesden where the studio tour is based. Walk through the Forbidden Forest, meet fantastic creatures and experience the props and sets first-hand that were used in the films. During the bank holiday, check out the goblet of fire that is on display.
