The hospitality staff are incredibly helpful. The food not the best. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere but has various activities going on so can be entertaining. The evening activities are limited, the man entertaining during the day and evening is one man doing his very best all the time. The hotel its self is nice but needs some maintenance, just simply replacing bulbs would go a long way. Lots of steps around the site and the lifts look like they have been out of order for some time

This is sold as an all inclusive holiday nothing can be further from the truth, you need to pay extra if you want more than one Bottle of water a day or if you want an expresso! On New Year’s Eve you needed to pay 40 euros per person to join the gala dinner and disco The animation team lack enthusiasm and are only interested in entertaining the chosen adults and there is nothing for the children to do ! The hotel is basic and the pool is freezing The food was beginning to improve and there are some fantastic staff who are doing their best
