2-room apartment for 4 people, 45 m2, on the ground floor, simple and cosy furnishings. Living/dining room with cable TV. Smoking allowed. 1 double sofa bed. Sleeping room with 1 double bed. Kitchenette with 4 hot plates, fridge and deep freezer. Bath/shower/WC and bidet.

Outside:

Child friendly, comfortable, cosy holiday complex "Residence Costa Ottiolu", surrounded by trees and meadows. Access & Parking: public parking. All-season motor access to the house. Car recommended. Situation: on the outskirts of Porto Ottiolu, quiet, sunny position in the countryside, by the sea. View from the apartment of the garden. Surroundings of the house: garden (private use), lawn (shared use), swimming pool (shared use, open from 15.06. untill 30 .08.), paddling pool (shared use), children's playground (shared use), tennis (shared use). Facilities and distances: shop 300 m, grocers 300 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 300 m, swimming pool 30 m, sandy beach 500 m, tennis 20 m. Please note, nearby is a main road in 2 km and ein airport/airfield in 30 km.

Sardinia is fabulous. Ottiolu is easy drive from the airport, about 30 to 35minutes, well situated for touring around. The apartment was nice and had gardens back and front to sit out in, rather quaintly furnished but had most things required, however the shower was poor, it was actually broken but worked after a fashion The bedding, kitchen and bathroom etc were clean but the floor was rather grubby on arrival. It was very quiet around the apartments and they were set in lovely grounds. The resort itself was gorgeous, small and restful with good beaches and a lovely marina with a number of lovely restaurants around the quay, we particularly liked the fishy one. One thing to note is that the swimming pool only opened for 2 hours in the late afternoon which was a pity, however as the beaches were close and so beautiful we didn't bother with the pool in the end. One thing to note that as will all pools in Sardinia, you must wear a swimming hat if you wish to use the pool.
