Family room seemed to be just an ordinary room with a sofa bed in it which left little space in the room, made the room feel altogether cramped. Just one mirror in the room, in the bathroom, seemed odd to not have a mirror at a dressing table. Housekeeping was very good, room was very clean. Breakfast was very good, something for everyone. Reception staff were very helpful and spoke English. Lift access required use of room pass but it didn't always work.

like: cleanliness, welcoming reception, location of hotel disliked: extreme shortage of staff in breakfast area. shortage of bread, milk, eggs. people leaving breakfast area hungry and angry. unsuitable place to have breakfast with children. dining staff, although cooperative, however was struggling to cope. Although we paid in advanced but choose not to have breakfast in hotel as was not suitable. noticed plenty of children in hotel, but witnessed one bar man shouting at a child for running around. parents got very angry as it was supposed to be a child friendly area but reality stated otherwise. found later on that staff in this hotel is not suitable to understand the demands of the children. my be over worked and less paid kind of situation, if we tend to ignore their training.
