Michael and Joanne assure you of a warm welcome at the Arran Lodge Guest House in Torquay. We are the resident owners of the fully refurbished Arran Lodge and want to make your stay a pleasant and comfortable one whether you are coming to Torquay through work or pleasure. The Arran Lodge Guest House is situated only a short level walk from the seafront English Riviera Conference and Leisure Centre Princess Theatre Harbour and Torquay town centre. The Arran Lodge Guest House is open all year. It is centrally heated throughout and offers 5 lovely en-suite bedrooms all designed for the modern traveler. At Arran Lodge we take great care in the quality of our guests’ stay with us. In the summertime after a short check-in Jo will welcome our holiday guest to sit back and relax and she make a complimentary fresh pot of tea or coffee with a sweet treat to help refresh you. Summertime breakfast at the Arran Lodge is a special treat. From Easter to the end of September guests are provided with a cooked breakfast each morning of their stay. We offer fresh high quality ingredients and have plenty for you to choose from our hot food menu. During the winter months of October to Easter we offer cheaper stays on a Room Only basis. Arran Lodge boasts a modern but comfortable finish. Our 2 double en-suite rooms even have their own outside areas complete with table and chairs and can be pleasant sit out to have your morning tea/coffee. If you’d like to arrange something special before your arrival i.e. Flowers Chocolates Champagne or book tickets to see a show etc just give us a call and we will be more than happy to do this for you. We have free WI-FI and car parking for up to 3 cars is available free of charge there is also on road parking without restrictions. We can also arrange a courtesy pick-up from Torquay train or coach station. Please note that our latest check in time is 8pm.

All rooms boast a modern but comfortable finish. All of our rooms have been recently fully-renovated and they all include a brand-new luxury and modern en-suite with a double shower enclosure. The beds are extremely cosy with luxury cream cotton covers and large quality white towels are provided for all guests. All rooms feature a flat screen T.V with a DVD library as well as free Wi-Fi and generous hospitality trays. Our 2 double rooms also have private outdoor areas for your relaxation.

We welcome all guests with a complimentary drink and cakes on arrival. We offer a courtesy pick-up service from Torquay train/coach station. We also have free on-site parking. All rooms have free Wi-Fi and a TV/DVD player and we have a large DVD library for guests to choose from. There are ironing facilities in all rooms. We have an outdoor seating and smoking area. We can arrange special extras before your arrival i.e. Flowers Chocolates Champagne book tickets to see a show etc.

Mobility Description:
We have one ground floor double en-suite room. The breakfast room is also on the ground floor. There are a couple of steps on the entrance to the guesthouse. The guesthouse is not accessible for wheelchairs.
