The hotel was quite nice and at time very accommodating. However, they did not take into account our flight times when checking in (telling us that check in was technically closed when we arrived during the evening). They also put us (a family) on the top floor of the hotel, knowing we had a three year old child. There is no lift and one staircase is slightly winding. Our room was not cleaned for three days, although we were given enough clean towels at the beginning of the stay to last the duration of the holiday.
