Property Summary
This luxury Villa is located on the main street of Protaras, literally a stone's throw from the Fig Tree Bay beach, the most beautiful sandy beach in Cyprus. This contemporary three bedroomed villa is tastefully furnished up to high standards, its modern, bright and airy. Both its stylish interior as well as its comfortable exterior areas with lovely pool and beautiful landscaped gardens with mature plants and lawn are ideal for relaxing and soaking up the Cyprus sunshine. NO BOOKINGS ACCEPTED FOR GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 20 YEARS AND OF THE SAME SEX.
Features
This stylish villa includes 3 bedrooms (two double & one twin), all of which have built in wardrobes, there is one family bathroom, one ensuite bathroom plus a WC (downstairs). The cosy living room featurse satellite TV, DVD player and Internet access, with the fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan, dining table and eight chairs plus a breakfast bar with stools. Additional Information:
-Cleaning Service is not provided for less than 14 nights stay.
-For over 14 nights stay mid clean service will be provided Free of Charge including towel & linen change i.e. cleaning on the 8th -15th day.
-Bath Towels, Face Towels & Linen will be provided in double quantity per person sharing the villa.
-Pool Towels / Beach Towels will not be provided and it is forbidden to use the Bath towels which are provided at the pool/beach.
-Swimming pool maintenance throughout your stay (twice a week).
-A/C is included in the price. However penalty charges will take place in case of abuse or misuse of the air conditioning system. i.e. All doors & windows should be closed when the air condition is running even whilst sitting by the pool. All Air Conditioning units should be switched off whilst away from the property. Spot checks will be made to ensure that the above strict procedures are being followed.
-Additional Campbed, Baby cot, and High chair can be provided upon request.

Lovely villa, in perfect spot! Close to all amenities without being too noisy. Garden was lovely with shade in part of it at all times of the day so you can get out of the sun when needed. Fig Tree bay was beautiful with water sports available as well as restaurants and shops.
