Excellent hotel, very comfortable with friendly staff. Lovely peaceful garden for breakfast or evening drink. Convenient for the station if you're visiting Monte Carlo, Menton, Cannes etc. but about twenty-five minute walk to the beach and restaurants in Cours Salaya. As its names suggests it is a real "oasis" in a busy city. I would definitely go back.
