We chose the hotel as me, myself and my boyfriend were coming down to brighton for the weekend to watch the football at the Amex stadium. When booking the rooms I asked if I could have the two rooms farely close together to accomodate me and my boyfriend in one room and my friend in the other. To meet this requiremement we were actually upgraded to an ensuite room and did not have to pay any extra charge. The rooms that we stayed in were of good quality and the staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had a really pleasant stay and wouldn't hesitate in re-booking again.

Don't be deceived by the three star rating. It is self rated and in no way represents any kind of 3 star service. The place feels neglected. The room I was in (Room 4) was a decent sized familiar room but has a very uncomfortable bed (the springs of the mattress dig into your body), the decor is shabby too, but the main discomfort was that the central heating was left on full power all night and the radiator nozzle was stuck on - with no turning handle - and so there was no way of turning it off. It was cheap but rather cheerless!
