OVERVIEW
The English Rose is an elegant Four Star award Victorian terraced Bed and Breakfast. Our beautiful Bexhill accommodation comprises beautifully decorated en-suite rooms Double Single Twin and Large King size room all well equipped with good quality linen & beds fluffy towels & complimentary toiletries Bath Robes Radio Clock Alarm Hairdryer Refreshment Tray Remote Tvs All rooms have flat screen televisions. Free Internet Accsess in all bedrooms. The elegant dining room has recently been refurbished keeping all of the Victorian fetcher's high ceilings and cornicing come and join us for breakfast you can also get full news updates and weather reports from our plasma TV. Bexhill offers some great night life from fine dining in one of our plush restaurants to good old sea side fish and chips or evening cocktails so just book with the English Rose take in a show at the De La Warr Pavilion and see the sites. Bexhill was at the centre of British Motor racing when the 8th Earl De La Warr hosted the first motor race on the 19th May 1902 it is still remembered today with special events organized by the Bexhill 100 association. Now people visit Bexhill for its tranquil settings and its slower pace of life its unspoilt beaches and local amenities such as Cooden beach golf club or catch up on some history at is museums and art gallery's.

Mobility Description:
The building is centrally heated throughout with thermostatically controlled radiators. It is also predominantly double glazed and carpeted throughout. The building was erected during the Edwardian period and is situated near the train station the shopping centre and all areas of the town are quick and easy to reach. The town centre and all surrounding areas are fully paved on both sides of the road which is flat and level with no gradients or inclines. The entrance to the building has a short mosaic tiled path and a low threshold at the wide front door/entrance which leads into a spacious tiled hallway. The hallway provides access to all downstairs rooms. (A door bell button is located on the R.H side of the front door aperture). Cellular telephone reception is usually good.

Dining Facilities:
- Situated off the hallway adjacent to front entrance door. It is well appointed clean and comfortable. Breakfast cereals cold foods fruit juices continental breakfast and general foodstuffs etc. are individually wrapped and hygienically displayed. Menus are provided in all rooms and on all tables. The dining room is open from 07.30 am to 09.00 am Monday to Friday and 08.00 am to 9.30 am each Sunday.

Directions:
Bexhill on Sea railway station is approximately 2 minutes walk on flat paved ground. Alternatively taxis are usually parked "on rank" outside the station. We are approximately 300 yards from Bexhill rail station. Come out of the stations main entrance and directly opposite is Magdalen Church Magdalen Road is to the left of the Church;

The hotel was beautifully clean; everything we needed was provided such as towels, toiletries, tea and coffee. The room was really pretty and very comfortable. The staff was really friendly, polite and exceptionally helpful.
