Mobility Description:
All our B&B bedrooms are located on the first floor so therefore may not be suitable for person's with poor mobility. However we do have a two and three bedroom cottage that are entirely on the ground floor. These are self-catering cottages.

Overhailes Farm is situated in East Lothian off the A199 between Haddington and East Linton. It can be accessed from the A1 at either Haddington (Abbotsview Junction) or Dunbar. From the North... Follow the Edinburgh City By-pass (A720) signposted Berwick-upon-Tweed. Leave the dual carriageway at the Abbotsview junction. At the roundabout take the second exit (A199). Follow the A199 for approximately 3 miles. Turn left off the A199 half a mile after passing Monksmuir Caravan Site.;
