Sutton Harbour

The apartment was large, clean and situated in a good location and a plus was the secure parking. Unfortunately the lack of upkeep in the apartment let it down. There were no tea towels or refuse sacks provided, the lighting in the lounge area, the electrically heated towel rail and extractor fans in the ensuite and bathroom did not work. After a phone call to the managing agents we were given one tea towel and two refuse sacks and the lighting was rectified the next day. However the towel rail and extractor fans were never fixed. In the ensuite the shower head fixings came away from the wall and although this was also reported was not dealt with appropriately as when the shower was used again the same problem occurred. The oven was mucky and dishwasher smelly! We paid for four days and in our opinion was not value for the money.
