When we booked it was stated that a 12 year old was in the party. As we had a 6.30am start the next morning we were in bed by 9.30pm. At 10.00pm the live entertainment started and if felt like we were in the lounge with it. When we complained the staff did everything to move us to another room away from the music but the drums could be still heard. Our original room was really nice and warm and cosy. It had a double bed and loads of space. The room we were moved to had single beds was a bit cramped and was cold. When I asked I was told that a twin room was the same price as a double room. Apart from that the staff were very helpful and really nice.
