This apartment has an added bonus of a lock-away safe garage parking which is unique in St. Ives and is complete with a conservatory balcony and a sun-trapped courtyard to sit outside to enjoy those warm summer evenings. We sleep 4 people in comfort one double and one twin bedded room and have the luxury of slate & oak floors with newly fitted bathroom & kitchen. We are open all year and have central heating for your winter comfort and all utilities bed linen kitchen towels and welcome goodies are included in the price! On-site garage parking is given free to our guests and not included in the rental price so please note if you have a large vehicle and it will not fit into our standard size garage the guest is responsible to find alternative parking.
