We had a lovely deluxe family room, although the bed in the bedroom was a double sofa bed and quite uncomfortable with a thin mattress. The socket behind the TV was unusable; it was loose and unsafe. The room was cleaned daily and we had a large balcony which at first we thought we were sharing, until we realised it belonged to our room. We stayed towards the end of October, it was quietening down with around 200 people staying at the Hotel compared to 1100 mid Summer season. This was great because we could help ourselves to sunbeds by the pool each morning. The pool by the way was very cold and took a while for any of us to get in. The food was lovely although towards the end of the week, we were finding it repetitive, although it did serve proper Pepsi in the restaurant.We were the only British family staying at the Hotel whilst we were there. The animation team were lovely and accommodating -they ran quizzes every other night which we took part in, they took the time to welcome us at the Hotel and stopped to chat to us by the pool.

An excellent hotel. A little gem. It has a tripadvisor rating of 4th best hotel in Faliraki for good reason.
Food varied and plentiful with the odd swerve ball dish thrown in. Who'd have guessed you could have steak pie, mash and vegetables an an international hotel like this. The snack bar by the pool is also very good with a few dishes if you don't want to wander up to the restaurant. It also has beer, coffee and the usual soft drinks on tap in this area.
The two bar areas (pool and main) have friendly staff and no short measures or restriction on number of drinks. Its all local but actually more than fine. All inclusive drinks end 11.30.
The animation team are dynamic and have a constant flow of activities including table tennis, darts, beach volley ball and water polo with fun games thrown in. The hotel had very few English, in fact it was very mixed (Italian, German, French, Serbs, Croates, Polish, Russian) but the team are multiplingual and because of the mixture would always use English as the default for common understanding. The evening entertainment was the normal minidisco 8.30-9.00 then around an hour-hour and a half of entertainment with the animation team (it was OK, they were very enthusiastic and involved the audience) or some visiting singers or dancers. Id say all in all the entertainment was OK on the evening. Kids up to 15 I think had their own prgramme of activities and there was a miniclub. We spoke to the girl and she was very friendly, very good with kids by the looks of things.
Sunbeds plentiful, we were putting towels on as we went for breakfast about 8 and got the best slots around the pool. However there are still plenty of beds available even if you are a late riser (maybe because of a trip to Faliraki the night before.
On that, 5 euros taxi will get you to Faliraki bar street, it is what it suggests. We were a family of two adults and 2 x 18yo's, the two nights in Faliraki were fun, you can indulge to excess or just people watch so young and old were satisfied here. Drinks normally come with a free shot and are e.g. around 4-5 euro for a vodka/coke. Local beer around 3 euro and e.g. a Magner around 4.5 euros
Back to the hotel: Reception staff are very friendly and helpful with everything.
Rooms, I have to say we got lucky here. We booked a family room with sea view, we weren't expecting what the hotel classify as a Deluxe Room. Anyway thats what we got, I would say this was a equivalent to a reasonable business hotel standard back in the UK. Really big king bed (very comfortable) separate bedroom with twin beds. Plenty of storage space, for the clothes. TV (I wouldn't normally bother BUT wanted to see how we were doing in olympics, it had sky news and bbc news for this). Cleaned every day with fresh towels and you even get big blue beach towels that you can change every 2 days. Bathroom a good standard with some shampoos/gels available.
Last day, cases stowed, valuables behind reception, full day (including the all inclusive) at pool before being provided with a free room to change and shower for an hour before our taxi picked us up at 7pm.
WIFI free and strong across the whole hotel. It even works by the pool.
Weve been to Rhodes before so didn't go on any day trips as we were only on the island for a week this time. However, frankly, the hotel provided everything (except the Bar Street interludes) that we wanted and needed.
All in all absolutely NO COMPLAINTS (well maybe my waistline increase...too much of a good thing)

The hotel was a revelation. The reviews are not always positive we had put in agitation, but once we arrived, we realized right away that he had chosen well.
The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The change of towels are changed daily and the bed linen twice a week, but just ask to get one extra. The daily cleaning of the rooms should be a little more accurate.
The common areas are well kept and the main restaurant offers a wide choice to the standards of international cuisine, designed to satisfy the tastes of different palates.
Also good snack bar and pool bar.
The beach, reached via a driveway interior is spacious and well equipped. The sea is crystal clear.
Excellent presence of free wifi in the lobby and lounge area with bar.
The bazaar hotel is well stocked and the prices are affordable and in line with those found at the center of Faliraki or Rhodes.
The animation is present, but it should be more engaging and cover more times during the day.Even the start time of the evening shows to be postponed a little, considering the restaurant's closing time (22:00), in order to allow everyone to enjoy the animation.
The hotel is in a prime location. A few miles from faliraki can also be reached on foot and was negligible at distances both from lindos rhodes that.
The bus stop is opposite the hotel entrance and, anyway, on a main road where taxis pass the time. Even the taxi prices are really affordable.
Ultimately, a great choice. Recommended without a doubt.
