We had a triple room for 3 adults - the room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful. On arrival there was not enough tea/coffee, toiletries or pillows in the room but when I informed staff of this, it was resolved very quickly. All 3 beds, including the put-up bed were comfortable so we all slept well which is what you want when staying in a hotel.
The only negative feedback is that the central heating in the room wasn't working and the walls in the new part of the hotel don't seem to be sound insulated (you could hear people's conversations next door). The room had an electric radiator to rectify the heating situation and staff informed us if we have a second heater if we wanted, which we didn't opt for.
The food at the hotel is absolutely lovely. We ate at the indian food buffet on the Friday evening, which was beautifully cooked and a very well priced for the quality of food (£11.50 per head). We also had cooked breakfast both mornings, the quality of which was good too. I'm a a vegetarian and was quite happy with what was on offer. Overall we were happy with our stay and would consider staying at the hotel again if ever in the Kidderminster area.
