We thought we would be staying in the main hotel building ( superior room, seaside etc) so we’re surprised to be told we were in fact staying in ” ”vrillo” which was a 3 storey communal residence I must say that we were pleasantly surprised by vrillo and found it to be both comfortable and spacious and extremely clean. On this basis we did not follow up on our initial complaint about not being in the main hotel

This is a lovely hotel complex. It is on a lovely quiet beach. Buffet breakfast was great, lots of choice. 15/20 minute walk to centre of Supetar either by road or on sea front. The only negatives I would say are the staff on reception, the cleaning of our room and gym. The reception staff were not very helpful and found them quite hostile apart from one who helped us and she was really helpful ( mid length blonde hair). Re the cleaning of our rooms, only towels were changed. Beds not made, bins not emptied and toiletries not replenished. Half of the gym equipment was out of order but they still tried to charge me for using it which I refused. If they addressed these issues they would be rated a 10.
