This is classed as a Suite hotel. Well fair enough there was a kitchen area with a microwave and fridge and a range of nice-looking cupboards, none of which contained plates, utensils, wine glasses, all of which would enable you to make use of the microwave etc. When nobody else in the reviews mentioned utensils etc I decided to take my own. I don't know if you could have requested some. I didn't bother. I complained twice about the plug in the basin in the bathroom not fitting properly and the water just running away and nothing was done about it. The hotel has/is been refurbished and half of it was still under renovation. The swimming pool was not in use - one of the reasons we chose this hotel. We were told that we could use the one at the 4 Points Sheraton which was a block up the street bi=ut we heard someone complain that they wanted to charge him for this and decided not to bother. There should have been a bar in the lobby - not ready. The blurb about the bathrooms says 4 piece bathroom - still looking for the tub!! While the staff were very friendly they didn't appear to be singing from the same song sheet. We asked what time check out was and were told 11am. Looked in the brochure upstairs and it said 1pm. Queried it and she said 12 noon but we could stay till 1pm if we wanted!! The only plus factor was the view from the upper floors of the harbour and its proximity to some attractions. There is nothing in the foyer to promote tourism, I would say it was mainly a business hotel
