Rosa the receptionist was exceptional. Extremely helpful, very kind, when i was taken extremely ill with a major heart attack she even brought my husband to the cardiology hospital in Bordeaux waited nearly 2 hours for him, then drove him back to Arcachon, an hours drive either way. No charge just outstanding service to a fellow human being. She deserves some recognition.
