From the very first moment we arrived at the Grand Hyatt we were treated as VIP's. The Valet staff opened the car doors for us, took our luggage and escorted us to our room after we checked in. There was a mistake with the room which they corrected immediately, my room was defeathered in advance as I am an Asthmatic and staff were on call 24hrs to assist.
The rooms are fantastic, spacious and the views spectacular. Facilities are also spectacular. NOTE - On a night when staying in, order a drink or 3 from the bar *my favourite was the Diamond Margarita* and head to their Japanese Gardens for evening relaxation under the stars.
Even though we were staying a very long length of time and the hotel was sold out most nights, the staff - from management to domestic knew who we were and again gave us VIP treatment. Even if we simply went to the Supermarket they were on hand to relieve us of our bags.
I have severe allergies and they catered to my every dietry need!!
There isn't enough space to say how much we love Grand Hyatt..we refuse to stay anywhere else and are finding dates to book again!!
